Overview:
Our pediatric and adolescent treatment center in Thousand Oaks is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide dedicated clinical care to adolescent patients. This part-time role offers a consistent Monday–Friday daytime schedule with strong work-life balance.

Position Offers:

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM (20 hours/week)
Competitive pay: $32–36 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient body checks and routine physical health checks
Administer medications and maintain accurate medication administration records in the EMR
Count and reconcile medications and narcotics, ensuring refills are completed timely
Complete SOAP notes and input physician orders into the EMR
Consult with psychiatrists on patient care and coordinate follow-up appointments conducted via Zoom
Transport new patients to urgent care for history and physical (H&P) exams using a facility vehicle

Qualifications:

Active, current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) licensure in California
1-2 years of LVN experience working with children
Treatment facility experience preferred
Clean driving record and valid California driver's license required
Strong clinical documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
