Overview:
Our dialysis center in Indianapolis is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, high-quality care to patients in a 14-chair outpatient facility. This role offers a consistent shift schedule with no on-call requirements.

Position Offers:

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
Shift window: 5:00 AM–8:00 PM
Competitive pay: $40–46 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients' health status and monitor vital signs before, during, and after dialysis
Prepare and maintain dialysis equipment to ensure safe and effective treatment
Administer medications and manage fluid removal during dialysis sessions
Educate patients about their condition, treatment options, and self-care practices
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and adjust individualized care plans
Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of outpatient chronic dialysis nursing experience, including hemodialysis, nephrology, vascular access management, and medication administration
Current, unrestricted Indiana RN license (or eligibility for licensure); CNN or CDN certification preferred, or willingness to obtain after hire
Strong patient assessment, clinical judgment, and communication skills, with EHR and quality improvement experience preferred
