Overview:
Our home health organization in Springfield is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee and support quality, compliant care for individuals with developmental disabilities. This full-time role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule within a collaborative care team.

Position Offers:

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Competitive pay: $45.67–48.08 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with clients and caregivers to ensure quality, compliant care
Oversee caregivers and LPNs to ensure care is being delivered properly
Maintain accurate documentation and conduct chart audits for compliance
Develop and update individualized care plans
Lead orientation and training for new caregivers
Attend team meetings and redirect duties as needs arise
Adapt communication style to work effectively with a wide range of personalities

Qualifications:

Active, current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Georgia
1+ year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Strong flexibility and ability to redirect priorities as situations change
Willingness to travel
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
