Position Offers
Competitive pay: $32–$34 per hour, depending on experience
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
No nights, no weekends
Supportive, collaborative work environment
Meaningful work providing client-centered care in a community-based setting

Key Responsibilities
Administer medications accurately and in accordance with physician orders and facility policy
Provide direct client care, including monitoring vital signs and overall health status
Observe, document, and report changes in clients' physical and behavioral health
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and medication administration
Collaborate with case managers, behavioral health staff, and the care team to support client goals
Provide health education and support to clients in a respectful, trauma-informed manner

Qualifications
Active, unrestricted California LVN license
Current BLS certification
Experience in behavioral health, mental health, substance-use, or similar community-based settings preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work compassionately with diverse client populations
