Position Offers
Competitive pay: $30–$35 per hour
Part-time, flexible weekend schedule
Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
Choice of every weekend or every other weekend
One-on-one patient care in a private-duty setting

Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one nursing care to a patient in the home setting under the direction of a Registered Nurse or physician
Monitor vital signs and observe changes in the patient's condition
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Follow the patient's individualized plan of care
Report changes in condition to the supervising RN, physician, and family as appropriate
Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities as needed
Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation

Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Michigan LPN license
Current BLS certification
Experience in home health, private duty, med-surg, rehab, geriatrics, or related specialties preferred
Compassionate, professional, and dependable
Ability to work independently in a home setting
