Position Offers
Competitive pay: $40–$45 per hour
Part-time, flexible weekend schedule
Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
Choice of every weekend or every other weekend
One-on-one patient care in a private-duty setting

Key Responsibilities
Provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care to a patient in the home setting
Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Follow and help maintain the patient's individualized plan of care
Communicate changes in condition to the supervising nurse, physician, and family as appropriate
Educate and support the patient and family
Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Michigan RN license
Current BLS certification
Experience in home health, private duty, med-surg, critical care, rehab, geriatrics, or related specialties preferred
Compassionate, professional, and dependable
Ability to work independently in a home setting
