What You’ll Do
- Manage a case load independently across outpatient, neuro, sports med, or orthopedic settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide patient assessments for diagnoses including post-operative care, neuro, and sports injuries
- Document patient progress using EMR systems (Wellsky, Meditech Expanse)
- Support patients in achieving recovery goals through evidence-based therapy
- Participate in departmental meetings and ongoing education opportunities
- Maintain adherence to facility and licensing standards
What You Need
Required:
- Current Louisiana PT license
- 1+ years of outpatient or specialty rehab experience
- BLS and additional certifications as required
- Strong case management skills and communication abilities
Preferred:
- Experience with acute and inpatient rehab settings
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
