What You’ll Do
- Prepare, sterilize, and process surgical instruments and equipment
- Operate sterilizers like Sterrad, Ultrasonic, and Belimed machines
- Maintain strict sterile processing standards and proper documentation
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure instrument readiness
- Follow safety protocols and infection control procedures
- Assist with inventory management and equipment handling
What You Need
Required:
- CRCST or CSPDT certification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospital sterile processing (Level I or II)
- Ability to operate sterilization equipment (Sterrad, Ultrasonic, etc.)
Preferred:
- Knowledge of hospital surgical environments
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
