What You’ll Do
- Provide occupational therapy services in an inpatient setting
- Conduct evidence-based assessments and document findings accurately in the EMR
- Develop, submit, and implement detailed care plans for approval
- Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and needs
- Supervise and educate Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
- Monitor all treatment equipment for safety hazards
- Contribute to the efficiency and productivity of the rehab team
- Promote professional knowledge and uphold licensing standards
What You Need
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Arkansas
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
