What You’ll Do
- Manage patient flow throughout the clinic, providing exemplary customer service
- Assist providers with clinical tasks including rooming patients, immunizations, injections, and specimen collection
- Perform laboratory specimen collection and processing as needed
- Provide telephone support and communicate with patients regarding follow-up care and prescriptions
- Support administrative functions such as check-in, scheduling, and supply stocking
- Assist with clinical documentation and record keeping
- Perform x-ray procedures if certified and as assigned
What You Need
- Required:
- Valid Medical Assistant certification/license
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinic experience
- Ability to perform clinical and clerical duties effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Preferred:
- Experience with laboratory procedures and x-ray operations
- Bilingual skills applicable to diverse patient populations
