Compensation:
Tier 1
Hourly / Call Back: $470/hr
24 Hour Call (4 Hours Gratis): $2730 per 24 hours

Tier 2
Hourly / Call Back: $510/hr
24 Hour Call (4 Hours Gratis): $2845 per 24 hours

Monday-Friday
8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Some Weekend Call Coverage Required
24-Hour Weekend Call May Be Required
Weekend Call Includes General Cardiology Call Coverage

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide Cardiac Electrophysiology Coverage
Perform Electrophysiology Procedures
Provide Electrophysiology Service Coverage
Provide Outpatient Clinic Visits
Evaluate New Consultations
Provide Follow-Up Care
Manage Transfer-of-Care Patients
Provide General Cardiology Coverage During 24-Hour Weekend Call

Requirements
Board Certified - Highly Preferred
Board Eligible - Required
Electrophysiology Fellowship - Required
Active Washington Medical License - Highly Preferred
Active IMLC LOQ May Be Accepted
IMLC Letter of Qualification Must Be Available at Submission
ACLS - Required for Credentialing
BLS - Required for Credentialing
DEA - Required for Credentialing
Clean Malpractice History - Highly Preferred
