Orthopedic Surgery Physician
StartDate: ASAP
Pay Rate: $2134.00 - $2310.00
This facility is seeking an Orthopedic Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Clinic hours are 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, office days are typically Monday/Wednesday and OR days are Tuesday/Thursday (flexible). Call coverage is 10-11 days per month with 24-hour call shifts from 7a-a
- Practice Setting: Both inpatient and outpatient, Level II Trauma
- Types of Cases: Full scope Orthopedic Surgery with preference for trauma experience. Includes musculoskeletal trauma, elective orthopedic surgeries, new and established patient visits, injections, procedures, emergency department follow-ups, consults, rounding, and emergent surgeries
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic with Dragon dictation.
- Certifications Required: Board Certified (or legitimately Board Eligible), Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Licensure Required: Active Michigan license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
