COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS General Dentistry (DMD/DDS)
- Guaranteed base salary + Production bonus comp model
- Earn up to $230,000 in annual compensation (DOE)
- $30,000 Signing bonus
- $10,000 Relocation assistance
- Qualified FQHC site for Federal School Loan Repayment – up to $50,000 / 2 years
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS General Dentistry (DMD/DDS)
- FQHC setting
- General dentistry focus
- On average 14 PPD
- variety of case-mix, Primarily adults patient-population
- 4 x 10’s -or- 3 x 12 hrs. Weekdays shift schedule options available (No Weekend)
