Position Highlights: 

• Accepting Family Practice or Internal Medicine: Newborns through Geriatrics or Adult-only practice available
• Weekdays Only: Standard outpatient practice, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with flexibility
• Dual Physician Households: Support for dual-physician recruitment and physician spouse employment
• Practice Support: AI scribes, APPs, and Epic EMR
• Leadership & Growth Opportunities: Ability to transition into a Medical Director role 

Compensation & Benefits:

• Attractive Financial Package: Guaranteed base, RVU bonus, quality bonus and clinical profit sharing
• Production Ramp Up: Reduced productivity expectations year one

Qualifications: 

• BE/BC in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Medicine-Pediatrics
• Experienced physicians and new graduates considered, including 2026 and 2027 graduates
• Spanish bilingual ability highly desired
