What You’ll Do
- Provide neonatal care and support to infants in the facility
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Document clinical observations and interventions accurately
- Educate families on neonatal health and care procedures
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations
- Assist with urgent patient needs and emergency procedures as required
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Indiana
- Neonatal or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred:
- Prior experience in neonatal intensive care units (NICU)
- BLS/ACLS certifications
