PCU Registered Nurse – Columbus, OH | 36 hrs/week - Day & Night Shifts

- Experience: Minimum 1 year telemetry experience; prior oncology experience preferred

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality patient care on a PCU (Progressive Care Unit) with telemetry monitoring
- Respond to patient needs promptly and accurately interpret cardiac rhythms and dysrhythmias
- Administer IV insulin protocols and manage insulin drips
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patients with oncology diagnoses, surgical admissions, COPD, sepsis, pneumonia, and other complex conditions
- Float to other units within OSU as needed
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
What You Need
Required:
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- At least 1 year of telemetry experience
- Strong skills in cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation
- Experience with IV insulin protocols and drips
Preferred:
- Oncology patient care experience
- Ability to adapt to rotating schedules and float within OSU
