What You’ll Do
- Provide expert nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
- Monitor patient status and respond to clinical changes
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate documentation in Epic and other electronic health records
- Float within units of similar or lower acuity as needed
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and compliance protocols
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Ohio RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of PCU nursing experience
- Proficiency in IV starts, telemetry, and Epic electronic medical record system
Preferred:
- Experience with tele monitoring
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to rotating schedules
