ICU Registered Nurse – Critical Care Float Pool – Columbus, OH

What You’ll Do:
- Float across various ICU units, including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU, based on staffing needs
- Manage ventilators, telemetry, IV starts, and other critical care procedures
- Provide exceptional patient care while adapting to different ICU environments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
What You Need:
- Required:
- Valid Ohio RN license
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system
- Experience with IV starts, telemetry, and ventilator management
- Preferred:
- Previous travel nursing experience
- Flexibility to float across multiple ICU units
