Position Summary: We’re seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join a collaborative healthcare team at a federal facility in Florence, Colorado. You’ll provide primary and urgent care across family and internal medicine, including sick and well visits, immunizations, and physicals. This full-time role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and no on-call.

Position Offers:

Excellent salary of $139,000–$146,000 per year
Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and no on-call

Key Responsibilities:

Provide sick and well visits across family medicine, internal medicine, and urgent care
Perform physical exams, health screenings, and immunizations
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop individualized treatment plans
Prescribe medications and monitor patient progress
Educate patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyle practices
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to coordinate patient care

Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted Colorado Physician Assistant license required
Experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care
