General Surgery Physician
StartDate: ASAP
Available Shifts: Call
Pay Rate: $2134.00 - $2310.00
This facility is seeking a General Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity: - Schedule: 12-14 days of 24-hour call coverage per month, mostly weekend (Thurday/Friday-Sunday/Monday) coverage will be needed.
- Job Setting: Inpatient, Trauma Level III, Adult/Geriatrics
- Types of Cases: Need to be comfortable taking general and trauma surgery call.
- Credentialing Timeframe: Up to 45-60 days
- License required: Must have an active Colorado license, but will accept Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
- Certifications required: Board Eligible/Board Certified in General Surgery (Board Eligible with in 3 years of training), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
- EMR: Epic with voice recognition
