Dates of Coverage: November 2-7 and ongoing Details/Requirements for Assignment #117542:
-- Two weeks a month ongoing
-- BLS, ACLS, ATLS certification required
-- Indiana licensed required
-- 24 hour call with rounding
-- Level 2 Trauma
-- Call Ratio 1:3
-- 10–15 patients seen, 20 phone consults
-- TAVR’s required
-- Clean background required, temp privs available
-- Cerner
