- Salary +/- $155,000 (based upon experience and qualifications)
- Starting Bonus - $20,000, Comprehensive Benefits Package
- Options for Education Loan Repayment
- Holiday & PTO = 28 days annually

- Community Health Setting/FQHC
- PCMH Level III
- Average 20 patients per day
- Primary Care - seeing patients of all ages
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- WA licensure
- Active DEA with no restrictions
- Board Certification
COMMUNITY Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Central Washington community of 30,000
