CRNA Locums Job in Northwest Vermont

Dates of Assignment: January 11 (x2), January 12, January 25-26, February 15, February 19-26, March 1-5

Details of Assignment: 
- Weekday hours are 7am-3pm (or sometime 7am-5pm for late room)
- Call is approximately 1 time per week (3pm-7am) with a 30 min response time
- 60% CRNA supervision, 40% independent
- Cases include: Ortho, General, Endo, OB/GYN, Peds, Urology, ENT,?Ophthalmology, Plastics
- EMR is Medaxion
- Level 3 Trauma Center, C-sections and VBACs, 380 deliveries a year
- Vermont License required, ACLS, BLS, PALS.
