We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 60-day assignment in Ohio. Our client offers a flexible full-time schedule, Monday through Saturday, allowing for negotiation of weekly hours. This essential role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to specific patients under the direct supervision of a physician, ensuring adherence to established nursing standards and MTC Medical directives.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide nursing care of specific patients under the direction of a physician, following established nursing standards, procedures, and practices, and giving specific patient care direction to nursing and other staff in compliance with MTC Medical and customer directives.
• Provide direct patient care, evaluate outcomes, consult with specialists as required, and adjust treatment processes as indicated to ensure optimal patient care.
• Perform daily information rounds and prepare notes on residents assigned to medical housing.
• Perform rescue functions at accidents, emergencies, and disasters, including administering basic emergency medical aid, physically removing people away from dangerous situations, and securing and evacuating people from confined areas.
