Pay & Benefits
- Salary: $257,000–$286,000 annually (based on experience)
- Bonuses & Incentives: Sign-on bonus possibility up to $20,000; productivity incentives based on wRVUs

What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive family medicine and preventive care across all ages
- Manage acute illnesses and chronic conditions effectively
- Build long-term relationships with patients and families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Participate in after-hours call rotation
- Support clinical quality initiatives and process improvements
- Connect patients to laboratory, imaging, and specialty services within UCHealth
What You Need
- Active or eligible Colorado medical license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Prior clinical experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
