Our client in California is seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 45-day assignment. This role involves managing a diverse patient population across all age groups, focusing on primary care visits Monday through Friday, with flexible 8-hour shifts between 8 AM and 5 PM. The successful candidate will perform comprehensive duties including preventative health, chronic disease management, and urgent care within an outpatient clinic setting.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide a mix of primary care visits for a diverse patient population.
• Conduct physicals and preventative health screenings.
• Offer prenatal care, women's health, and men's health services.
• Provide well baby care and geriatric care.
• Manage chronic disease conditions and urgent care needs.
• Perform diagnostic testing, basic lab services, and blood draws.
• Conduct hearing and vision screening, immunizations, and COVID-19 testing and vaccinations.
• Address podiatry needs.
• Manage an average of 16-18 patients per day.
