·        Annual patient volume: Approximately 60,000

·        FM/IM accepted: Neither

·        Acceptable board certifications: : ABEM/AOBEM/ABIM/ABFM. Must become BC within 5 years of eligibility; : ABEM/AOBEM

·        Credentialing timeframe: 90 days

·        License requirements: Applications with a license pending accepted
