Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)

Pay Rate: $2575.00 - $2654.00
Travel Physical Therapist job in Chicago, IL is open for a 13-week temp direct contract, working five 8-hour day shifts per week for 40 hours. You will treat an outpatient caseload focused on ortho, vestibular, and concussion cases, collaborating with a resident case manager in the clinic. Required qualifications include an Illinois PT license, AHA BLS certification, and at least 1 year of outpatient experience.
