What You’ll Do
- Float between units providing expert nursing care to diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to create and implement care plans
- Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Document care and patient responses using Epic EMR system
- Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols during night shifts
- Support unit staffing ratios of 1:6 in a fast-paced environment
What You Need
Required:
- Valid RN license in Louisiana
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
- Epic EMR experience
- Current BLS certification
Preferred:
- ACLS and CPI certifications
