What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day patient care in a Stepdown unit with patient ratios of up to 6:1
- Collaborate with team including LNA's, Nurse Lead, and House Supervisor to coordinate care
- Integrate care planning and nursing standards in patient care processes
- Use EPIC electronic medical records system for documentation
- Support patients across diverse cases within a fast-paced hospital environment
What You Need
Required:
- Valid nursing license or certification in NH
- Ability to work full-time during scheduled days
- Proven experience in acute care or stepdown units
Preferred:
- Experience working in a hospital setting with collaborative care teams
