What You’ll Do
- Provide exceptional patient care in a telemetry and medical-surgical float pool environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated nursing services
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
- Support staffing flexibility across various units as needed
What You Need
- Valid RN license in Louisiana
- At least 2 years of recent experience in a hospital setting
- Epic EMR experience
- BLS certification (required), ACLS & CPI (preferred)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
