Wednesday: Surgery & Clinic - shift time: 7am-2pm Surgery / 3pm-5pm Clinic
Thursday: Surgery & Clinic - shift time: 7am-2pm Surgery / 3pm-5pm Clinic
Friday: Clinic 8am-5pm- no call

Duties: Attending to clinic patients, on-call for hospital emergencies and admissions, surgery

Reason for Coverage: Current Urologist leaving to be a Urology Hospitalist

Deal breakers: needs to be able to see minimum 17 patients in clinic daily/fill surgery slots

Timeframe: 60-90 days

Submission Requirements
Board Certification – Board Certified [Highly preferred] Will accept Board Eligible IF they re just out of residency and will get BC within 12 months
State License – OR [HIGHLY PREFERRED] Will accept candidate that will get OR during credentialing [REQUIRED]
