Position Overview

Outpatient corporate health clinic providing primary care, wellness, and acute episodic visits

Patients age two years and older

Typical volume two to four patients per hour

Required Qualifications

Active Illinois license

National certification for Nurse Practitioner

DEA required

Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify
