• Board: BC (NCCPA) required

    
• Licenses: Active TN PA license, Active DEA with TN address

    
• DEA / CDS: Active DEA with schedules 2-5 required

    
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS required

    
• Experience: 2+ years EM experience preferred; new grads considered

    
• Other Qualifications: Documentation of case logs (2 years), CME (Preeclampsia-Eclampsia), immunizations, TB test

  

  DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  

  

    
• Provide emergency department coverage in collaboration with supervising physicians.

    
• Perform comprehensive emergency care in a high-acuity community hospital.

    
• Work 12-hour APP shifts alongside 24-hour physician coverage.

    
• Manage patient volume of approximately 68 patients per day.

    
• Adhere to facility credentialing and privileging requirements.
