3 Clinic Shifts Per Week
1 In-House Call Shift Per Week
Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM-4:45 PM
In-House Call: 7:00 AM-7:00 AM (24 Hours)
Flexible Weekly Availability
Both Clinic and In-House Call Coverage Required

Patient Population / Volume
Obstetric and Gynecologic Patients
Approximately 18-24 Clinic Patients Per Day
Practice Mix: 60-70% Obstetrics and 30-40% Gynecology
Approximately 1-2 Deliveries Per Physician During a 24-Hour Call Shift
Low-Risk and High-Risk Obstetric Patients
Level II Nursery With 24-Hour Staffing

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide Outpatient Obstetric and Gynecologic Care
Manage Labor and Delivery Patients
Provide In-House OB/GYN Call Coverage
Assist Certified Nurse Midwives and Family Practice OB Providers
Provide Gynecologic Emergency Department Coverage
Manage High-Risk and Low-Risk Pregnancies
Manage Pregnancies Complicated by Diabetes and Hypertension
Manage Advanced Maternal Age Pregnancies
Manage Multiple Gestations Up to Twins
Perform Routine Gynecologic Examinations
Evaluate Abnormal Uterine Bleeding
Provide Contraceptive Counseling and Management
Evaluate Patients for Gynecologic Surgery
Manage Fibroids, Polyps, and Other Gynecologic Conditions

Requirements
Board Certified in OB/GYN - Highly Preferred
Truly Board Eligible in OB/GYN - Required
Active Washington Medical License - Highly Preferred
IMLC Letter of Qualification in Hand - Accepted
BLS - Required
DEA - Highly Preferred and Required During Credentialing
Clean Malpractice and Background - Highly Preferred
Local Candidates Who Do Not Require Flights - Highly Preferred
Must Be Comfortable With Both Clinic and In-House Call Coverage
Must Be Comfortable Managing Labor and Delivery Patients
Must Be Able to Provide Gynecologic Emergency Coverage
Complete Candidate Presentation Required at Submission
