Schedule: ASAP - June 30, 2027; Full-time; Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call; 3 providers requested

Job Setting: InpatientÂ

Types of Cases: Daily rounding on all babies delivered; back-up on-call coverage for APPs; patients per shift up to 3; call patients seen: 2-6; admissions: 0-1

Call Details: Beeper call (both clinical and call coverage); call response time: 15-30 minutes

EMR System: Epic

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days

Skills & Procedures

Required: Nursery Level II/NICU; Ventilation Management - Invasive (ETT), Non-Invasive (BiPAP/CPAP), Use of Nitric Oxide (iNO); Chest Tube Insertion; Exchange Transfusions; Hemodialysis Catheter Placement; Evaluation & Management of Acute Volume/BP Issues; Central Line, Arterial Line, and PA Catheter Insertion; Lumbar Puncture; Paracentesis; Thoracentesis; Circumcision; Attend All C-Sections; Attend High-Risk C-Sections

Preferred: Nursery Level III/NICU; Non-Invasive Ventilation Management (Neo-Puff); Newborn and Pediatric Intubation (ETT/NT); Conscious and Deep Sedation; UVC; UAC; Needle Pneumothorax Decompression; X-Ray Interpretation; EKG Interpretation; Suturing Minor Lacerations; Swallow Studies

Not Required: ECMO

Minimum Requirements

Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required

Certifications: BLS (required); PALS (required); Other certification required (as specified by facility)

Licensure: Must be licensed in Pennsylvania; IMLC not accepted; Fellowship: 2 years required
