- 10 - 12 patients per shift
- Call ratio: 10 - 14
- Serves adult, pediatric, and neonate CV surgical patients
- Only hospital serving a catchment area of approximately 500,000 patients
- Required: vascular surgery, aneurysm repair, arterial bypass, AV shunt
- Preferred: general, laparoscopic, OB/GYN, and head/neck surgery skills
- Possible clinic coverage -- less than 10 hours per week
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
