Primary Care NP (Locum Tenens)

Location: North Carolina

Schedule: Ongoing per diem day shifts

Position Overview

Primary care coverage in an onsite outpatient clinic environment focused on employee and family member health. The provider will see acute episodic visits, preventive care, and chronic condition management within the scope of the clinic.

Clinical Scope

Outpatient primary care and acute care visits

Wellness and prevention focused care

May include limited occupational health documentation (per site scope)

Required Qualifications

Active, unrestricted North Carolina NP license (and RN license)

National certification

DEA required (CSR or controlled substance registration as required by the state and role)

Must be approved and comfortable seeing ages 2 and older

Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify

Practice Environment

Outpatient clinic setting with on site support staff

EMR access may be provided after onboarding; paper charting may be used initially (per site process)

Credentialing and Onboarding Items

Standard credentialing documentation is required prior to start
