Patient volume: up to approximately 3 patients per hour

Care includes wellness and prevention, acute episodic visits, and chronic condition management

Occupational health services may include pre employment physicals, drug and alcohol testing, suturing and laceration repair, splinting or minor fracture care, and occupational testing as outlined in the order details

Workers? compensation evaluations and return to work determinations may be included

EMR: Athena experience preferredRequired Qualifications

NP with family practice background

Active Florida license

National certification

DEA required

Minimum 2 years of experience requiredTraining

Paid shadow training is preferred prior to working

OSHA and HIPAA certifications must be completed prior to startBenefits
