Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Location: Minnesota
Position Overview
Outpatient primary care coverage including physicals, chronic care management, medication refills, and acute illness treatment.
Patients ages 2 and older.
Clinic hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (flexible hours to achieve 40 hours per week).
EMR: Epic.
Schedule
Shifts vary; see shift schedule.
Clinical Scope
Patient volume: approximately 2 to 4 patients per hour.
Women?s health and chronic care experience preferred.
No pain management.
Required Qualifications
National certification required (NP or PA).
DEA required (and CSR if required by state).
Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
Travel and Lodging
Travel support may be available.
