Pay & Benefits:

What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality acute care to CCU patients, monitoring and responding to patient needs
- Administer medications, IVs, and other treatments with precision
- Document patient care and progress using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
- Support patient comfort and provide education to patients and families
- Maintain a calm, attentive presence during high-pressure situations
What You Need:
Required:
- Valid RN license in Michigan
- Minimum of 2 years of recent CCU or ICU experience
- Strong critical thinking and manual dexterity skills
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
Preferred:
- Experience working in diverse patient environments
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
