What You’ll Do

- Develop and execute individualized nursing care plans
- Implement nursing interventions based on patient assessments
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality care
- Support patient and family-centered care principles
- Document patient information accurately and timely
What You Need
- Valid RN license in any state
- At least 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting
- Strong communication and assessment skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
