What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations in a busy ER setting
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess, plan, and implement patient treatment plans
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changing needs promptly
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EPIC electronic health record system
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during night shifts
- Float between shifts as needed, maintaining flexibility and preparedness
What You Need
Required:
- Active RN license in the state of Louisiana
- ER experience, with a patient ratio of 1 to 4
- Proficiency in EPIC electronic health record system
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Preferred:
- TNCC certification
- Additional relevant certifications and skills in emergency nursing
