Requirements:
- Must be adept at people leadership as well as have the ability to take bedside shifts as needed.
- Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, Bachelor of Science in nursing is preferred
- Experience: Leadership experience within the last 2 years. Training and experience in Emergency Department setting
- Licenses/Certifications: Current Colorado RN license (or compact state RN license)
- 5+ years of experience
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervision of patient care, nursing staff and ED operations.
- Partner with the Director of Patient Care Services to support and provide oversight of daily operations in the Emergency Department.
