   Requirements:

• Local travelers will recieve a $10/hr lower local rate.
• Previous St. Mary's Employees Not Accepted
• At least 1 year previous experience in mental health nursing Required
• We may utilize our travel nurses in a charge or preceptor role at times, and this is an expectation
• 2-Year Associates degree required
• Valid Stat of Maine RN license
• BLS Certification required
• CPI training must be current prior to start
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills required
• Excellent team player
• Ability to manage stress appropriately and make decisions under pressure
• Flexibility required to provide coverage 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.
• RNs are required to wear maroon scrubs
• 3+ years of experience
  

  
   Duties & Responsibilities:
  

    
• Direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process in all assigned areas.
• Developing and periodically updating individualized, interdisciplinary plans of care.
• Evaluating patient outcomes.
• Identifying available resources for patients.
