Requirements:
- Nursing Home Experience - a plus
- New Grads welcome to apply
- BLS (AHA) - Required [REQUIRED]
- COVID Vaccine - Required [REQUIRED]
- Must possess a current license in PA or a temporary work permit - Required at time of Interview! [REQUIRED]
- Must possess knowledge of: medical asepsis, body mechanics, personal care of residents, correct use and care of equipment, observation techniques, reporting and recording, thorough knowledge of nursing theory and it's application [PREFERRED]
- Must be willing to possess knowledge of and comply with regulations, policies, procedures, contracts and philosophy of the institution [PREFERRED]
- Must maintain a courteous and professional manner toward residents, visitors and co-workers and a dedication to meet the needs of the elderly [PREFERRED]
- Must have awareness of cost containment, utilize time fully, and properly care for equipment [PREFERRED]
- Must possess ability to accept and follow written and verbal directives [PREFERRED]
- Must utilize good communication and observation skills [PREFERRED]
- Must have Current PA license or have applied for PA license at the time of interview!
