   Requirements:

  

    
• 3+ years of experience

    
• A current Vermont RN or multi-state RN licensure, BLS (American Heart Association), and ACLS certification are required.

    
• The flu shot is required, no exceptions.

    
• This is NOT a pediatric floor but may occasionally have a pediatric patient - DO NOT SUBMIT PEDI ONLY RNs.

  

  

   Duties & Responsibilities:

  

    
• Coordinate exceptional patient care for adult and pediatric patients.

    
• Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care in the dynamic general Med/Surg unit.

    
• Collaborate with a talented group of professionals and lead them to meet the unique needs of our diverse patient population, utilizing the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions.

    
• Ensure holistic care, meeting patients' age, physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs with compassion and proficiency.

    
• Be accountable to the Unit Director and work closely with the Clinical Nurse Lead and/or Nursing Supervisor during your shift.
