Full-Time | Night Shift | $20,000 Sign-On Bonus
Schedule: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM Are you an experienced ICU Registered Nurse ready to advance into a leadership role? We are seeking a Patient Care Nurse Supervisor for a permanent opportunity in the Miami area. This is a great opportunity for a nursing professional who enjoys mentoring staff, supporting patient care operations, and helping a team deliver exceptional care. Position Highlights Responsibilities -
Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff -
Coordinate staffing and patient assignments -
Support patient flow and clinical operations -
Assist with staff development and performance evaluations -
Collaborate with nursing management -
Promote patient safety and high-quality care Ideal Candidate -
Registered Nurse with ICU experience -
Previous charge nurse, supervisory, or leadership experience preferred - Florida supervisor license required
