Sterile Processing Tech (SPT) Surgical Services – Columbus, OH

- Experience: Proven experience in decontamination, sterilization, and instrument assembly

What You’ll Do:
- Decontaminate surgical instruments including drills, scopes, and DaVinci equipment
- Assemble instruments across multiple service lines, including trauma and loaner sets
- Sterilize instruments using sterilization (sterrad and steam) processes
- Handle high-level disinfection (HLD) and scope reprocessing
- Manage sterile storage and supply inventory
- Coordinate with OR staff as an OR liaison
- Track instruments using Censitrac system and Medivator equipment
What You Need:
- Valid CBSPD or CRCST certification (through HSPA or IAHCSMM)
- Experience with Medivator systems required (self-rated 1-4 in experience)
- Previous work in high-volume OR environment preferred
- Strong understanding of sterilization and HLD procedures
