Description
Work dates: As soon as credentialed for 3 months with the option to extend.
Duties : Provide Primary Care services for patients in the hospital.
Setting: In patient Psychiatric Hospital
Patient population: Adults
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00A-5:00P
Requirements: Active VA license, BLS,ACLS,DEA. Provider must be comfortable working independently.
EMR: Cerner Millennium
Pay: $95.00-$105.00 per hour plus mileage. Local providers only
